1. Our guarantee #
We want you to love PlayCourse. If PlayCourse Pro isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We'll process it promptly and deactivate the associated license.
2. What's eligible #
- New License purchases, within 14 days of the original payment date.
- Duplicate or accidental charges, at any time.
- Charges resulting from a verified billing error on our side.
3. What's not eligible #
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase.
- Renewal charges where a reminder was sent before the renewal date (see §5).
- The free core plugin (no payment is taken).
- Cases of license-term abuse, such as requesting a refund after using Pro for a one-off project.
4. How to request a refund #
You can find your order number on any invoice in your billing dashboard.
5. Renewals #
Subscriptions renew automatically so your sites stay protected. We email a renewal reminder before each charge. Because of that notice, renewal payments fall outside the 14-day window — but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard to prevent the next charge.
6. Upgrades & proration #
When you upgrade tiers mid-term, we charge only the prorated difference for the remaining days of your term. Prorated upgrade charges are non-refundable, but the credit is applied immediately and your activations carry over.
7. Processing & timing #
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe or WooCommerce. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email and a credit note for your records.
