Why multi-instructor matters

How it works
For any course, you can add up to four co-instructors and set their split percentages. The total has to add up to 100%. Every sale of that course (one-time or subscription) is allocated automatically across the instructors based on their split.
Eligibility requirements
- The course must have a price (free courses have no revenue to split)
- Co-instructors need a user account on the site
- Splits add up to exactly 100%
- You can change splits any time — the change applies to future sales only
What instructors see
Each co-instructor gets a payout report on their account dashboard:
- Sales attributed to them (per course, per period)
- Their split percentage at the time of sale
- Total earned for the period
- CSV export for their accountant
- A public profile page with their courses
Getting started
To enable multi-instructor revenue split, you need a Team or Unlimited PlayCourse LMS Pro subscription. Open any course's settings, scroll to Co-instructors, and add up to three more teachers with their split. The next sale fans out automatically.
